I've worked with Premier for 2 years now. We moved into our home in Dec and the following winter we had stink bugs in the house bad, even after replacing the windows. I was finally fed up about March and called around getting quotes for extermination. Jeff was the only one to tell me my efforts would be semi futile as the weather was warming and they'd be exiting the house come spring anyway and I'd be better off waiting and scheduling an appointment in the fall when they're looking to re-enter the home. After he sprayed, I noticed many stink bugs on the exterior of the house still. Concerned, I gave him a call and he professionally explained the process and what to expect moving forward and I really appreciated the time he took to educate me and the manner in which he spoke to me with all my seemingly trivial questions. Following that first year, I called in early Sept to schedule another visit prior to this winter and he let me know that they actually will come out annually without needing to call and schedule. Less work for me! Overall the service and the product have been outstanding and I always recommend Premier out of Sauk when anyone asks about pest control.
