I've worked with Premier for 2 years now. We moved into our home in Dec and the following winter we had stink bugs in the house bad, even after replacing the windows. I was finally fed up about March and called around getting quotes for extermination. Jeff was the only one to tell me my efforts would be semi futile as the weather was warming and they'd be exiting the house come spring anyway and I'd be better off waiting and scheduling an appointment in the fall when they're looking to re-enter the home. That's exactly what I did. Not only did he give me that advice but his pricing was competitive to other exterminators in the area.After he sprayed, I noticed many stink bugs on the exterior of the house still. Concerned, I gave him a call and he professionally explained the process and what to expect moving forward and I really appreciated the time he took to educate me and the manner in which he spoke to me with all my seemingly trivial questions.Following that first year, I called in early Sept to schedule another visit prior to this winter and he let me know that they actually will come out annually without needing to call and schedule. We had the pleasure of having Dave transform our entire upstairs. Dave was quick to respond to our emails and showed up exactly when he said he would. Something that seems harder and harder to find. Dave made suggestions that really made the whole project "POP"! We can not reccomend Dave enough, infact we are having him come back this fall to do the rest of the house. Thanks Dave.

While I've been satisfied with the service, speed of response, and cost of having BayBrookes come to maintain, repair, and replace things as they've reached the end of their lifespan - I feel there's a more important reason I suggest BayBrookes to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company. Integrity.
On multiple occasions, when they've come to perform routine maintenance (which I highly recommend) or troubleshoot an issue, the BayBrookes techs have given me advice that has alllowed me to plan for future expenses, shared tips to extend the life of my HVAC system and components, and shared ideas that have kept problems from occurring. Even when they could have made a sale by recommending that something be replaced sooner than it ended up needing to be.
I recently stopped by Elise’s shop for a haircut and was extremely pleased by the experience. Elise is personable and friendly and she is such a gem of a human in our Sauk Prairie community.
Dr. Tracy is a wealth of knowledge and professionalism. She takes great care in finding the root cause of issues and explains them to patients. She has exquisite knowledge in pediatrics and has made a huge improvement in my son that had some motor, coordination, and balance issues. She took time to find he retained some primitive reflexes and gave us solutions to properly integrate them. His last physical therapy progress evaluation showed drastic improvements and the only thing we did different was see Dr. Tracy and follow her expert advise. Highly recommend her for adults and children alike!
