Dr. Juleen and Karen CVT made putting my baby Charlie to sleep so peaceful. They were so comforting to Charlie and it made me feel so much better that he was comfortable. They were so supportive of me as well, I left knowing I made the right decision. His normal vet was out sick and they got us in the same day I called, they didn’t know me or Charlie but I felt like I had known them for years. I will forever be grateful to them!
First class operation. We brought our dog to Westosha knowing that he would not likely be leaving with us. We did not have an appointment. We weren’t even clients because we had just moved to the area. They were kind and understanding throughout the entire process of putting our boy down. When we’re ready, this will be our “go to” veterinarian. Thank you again for your kindness, and willingness to help us in a difficult time.
Wonderful experience from calling to make the appt, checking in when arriving to the exam with Dr. Lux. Such a welcoming experience. I wasn’t rushed, the exam was thorough and the Dr really listened to my concerns. I can’t say enough about how positive this experience was for me and my dog. My dog is in the best hands with Dr. Lux and her staff! Thank you all so much!
