Great company. Our air conditioning went out during this crazy heat wave. Reliable Hesting and Cooling came same day to evaluate and get us back up and running. We needed a new furnace. They quickly worked with us to get a new one installed! Our Chocolate Lab is VERY Pleased, as are we. Professional, efficient and EXCELLENT customer service! thanks Rick!
My wife noticed a odor in our home, and then called the gas company. When the gas company arrived they condemned our furnace,as it had a cracked heat exchanger. Being late in the afternoon my thoughts were who could look at this yet today. Never fear Rick dispatched a tech out immediately. The tech confirmed the gas company diagnostics. Less than 24 hours later Reliables team has a new furnace installed in our home! What service is that?! Highly recommended by my family. Thank you again Rick.
