I had a problem, probably caused by me. They resolved it immediately when I brought to piece in. I was given an explanation and the issue will not happen again. The man who took my dock out brought his 2nd grader and pre-K son along to give his wife a break. The boys watched their dad and insisted on moving the top sections together. So, now 4 and 7 year olds can help with supervision. Best dock ever.

We purchased and installed our dock last year and just put back in for this season. So easy to install and remove. Also very sturdy. I’ve been on many wobbling docks but not so with this product. Excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend! AAA+
