I can’t say enough good things about Pier of d’Nort, their people, and their products. From my initial questions, through the order and delivery process, Ayumi was fantastic! I installed the fascia mount and had the entire dock installed and leveled in about an hour! The accessories took me a little longer, but well worth it. The kayak/canoe launch arms work amazingly well. I just need to add a helper handrail to make it easier to get in and out of the kayak. We’re all really enjoying our new dock, even the dogs and cat! We now have a “diving Great Dane” thanks to our Pier of d’Nort dock. Thanks Pier of d’Nort!
Had Pier of d'Nort install my pier last week. It was a great experience from start to finish. We worked with Deb to put together the configuration we were looking for. She did a great job showing us all the options and when we went to the showroom (we drove up since it was such a large investment) she demonstrated how easy it is to install and take out. We had Pier of d'North install the pier for the first time and Nick did a great job. It took them a couple hours to bring the pier to the lake and then a couple hours to install and cut the posts to the height I wanted. I am planning to replace our other pier next year with another Pier of d'Nort pier.
