My daughter was new to the area and needed a couch and two large rugs cleaned. Contacted Dan at Star•Bright after seeing positive reviews for his company. Couldn’t be happier with how the items turned out. Dan was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning.
I have never used this company before but the reviews were great. I spoke to the owner Dan on the phone. He called me back same day, was able to accommodate my schedule and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and had been in this business for quite some time. He called on the day of to let me know his ETA. He was prompt, friendly, professional and fast. His partner Dave was also professional, friendly and helpful. He uses an enzyme and deoderizer that helps with allergens. My husband commented how fresh it has made our home smell. Thank you Dan and Dave for doing such a great job! We would definitely have you back again in a year!
I contacted Star Bright Cleaners to clean my couch, which was wet due to flood damage. I spoke with Dan over the phone, and they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dan and Dave came out today to clean the couch and even offered to clean my stairs at a discounted rate. They also took care of a stubborn stain on my carpet caused by my dog. Both Dan and Dave were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer my questions about future cleanings.
