The current manager Katie has shown a quietly professional leadership ability, the organization and smooth flow at LA TAN attests to her managerial style. When I enter the salon it is so delightful to see Julie and Heidi, their gentility and kindness immediately begins a relaxing experience for me! Of special note is Julie…..she finesses multiple customers with ease. During high volume moments Julie easily “triages” each customer with individualized care. KATIEEEEE !!!! Katie is my girl! i have never left an LA Tan looking so sun-kissed in my 10 years of tanning. She is extremely knowledgeable & very professional. I left feeling very satisfied & will def be returning. 10/10 experience thank you Katie!!!!!

Julie was working the desk the night we came in and she was amazing! There was a ton of girls waiting for spray tans and other patrons coming in for the beds. She handled everyone with patience and kindness and truly made the whole experience excellent!
