In 2004 Featherstone took my ideas, designed and installed the cabinetry for our kitchen, bathrooms and powder room in our house. Your design and craftsmanship has been the source of numerous compliments over the years. This year, sixteen years after you installed our cabinetry, warranty work was needed. When I contacted you, your response was immediate and professional. Your warranty work was professionally completed and installed. I am thankful that I chose Featherstone to build and install my cabinetry. To the best of my knowledge, had I chosen any other cabinetry company, I would not have received a lifetime warranty and the excellent service I received.
We looked and looked for a contractor that would create our fireplace surround. We almost went with a local cabinet maker, but luckily found Featherstone before committing to him. When we walked into the showroom in Wausau, we knew we had come to the right place. This is a craftsman's paradise. Fine attention to detail and super quality with style jumped out at us. The design team was fabulous to work with. It was actually a pleasure to deal with them. They were very patient with us and showed us multiple ideas and shared their thoughts with us. They came back with the perfect design. The installer was fantastic and just as detail attentive as we are. What a craftsman. Super pleased and wanting to find more projects so we can work with them again. 5 stars. Highly recommended for those wanting more than cookie cutter out of the box things in life.
