If you’re having furnace or AC issues, these are the guys to call! I have an older furnace and AC. I’ve had them out twice to work on the furnace and once to work on the AC. Reed is this technician that’s come out each time. He’s quickly diagnosed the problems. I’ve been fortunate that none of them have required major repairs. He was able to repair my 25 year old units and keep them going for a little while longer until I’m ready to install new ones. One other big bonus with River Falls HVAC is that they do not charge a separate service fee. They only charge their time and materials.

Great, fast service! Would recommend! Furnace stopped running in single degree temps. I called and a guy was here within 30 minutes. He had to leave to get a new motor from another location, but got back, had it installed and running in about two hours total. Huge relief!
