“Honesty and integrity! I asked Austin to come and clean my carpets and clean the ducts on my new house. When he arrived he inspected the ducts and told me they didn't need the cleaning, and pointed out why, and what to look for when considering whether or not you need your ducts cleaned. He could have easily just cleaned them and charged me, but he didn't. He was really responsive when I needed to setup the original appointment, and later when I needed to confirm the time. He called me to say he was running a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. I'll recommend him to anyone who asks.“
