Always a 2 hour appointment . Today I arrived at my appointment @ 9:45. I was called back to have some tests run before my appointment which was at 10:00 had my eyes dilated which takes 20 to 30 minutes usually. Was placed in a room to wait....after and hour and a half I needed to use the restroom left my room told reception, noticed the assistant and Dr.. in the hallway. Went back to my room within 10 minutes Doctor arrived telling me he had came to my room but I was not there that is why the late response. No I was there you forgot me for the second time. Dr. N is very professional and did both cataract and eyelids. He answered all my questions and took time with me. His f/u care was great. He’s approachable and available. Highly recommend Doctor Novak.

Dr Novak is a caring eye specialist in River Falls Wisconsin when I found out I had high pressure in both my left and right eye and at 80 years old had a good chance of losing eyesight because of glaucoma Dr Novak recommended laser treatment to lower the pressure and explain how it worked side effects so feeling comfortable with his diagnosis we went forward with laser treatment first on my right eye went back a month later pressure dropped by almost 30% or a little better so I went forward and had my left eye done as well little or no side effects or discomfort his staff is efficient and caring thank you Dave Hense Hudson Wisconsin
