The doctor and nurses are very caring and take the time to discuss concerns with patients. Dr. Brakke has also been commended for their thoroughness and clear communication during urgent care situations. Located near the River Falls Area Hospital, the clinic offers easy access to broader health care services. Patients appreciate the larger city expertise in a smaller, more comfortable environment. Some patients express a wish for a nurse practitioner to be available on Dr. Emily's staff for faster appointments. Overall, every visit has been a good experience, with acceptable wait times for appointments.
My entire experience at this facility was amazing, my best hospital experience yet! All of the nurses were so kind and efficient, and above all else I would recommend my lovely physician, Nichole Hultman, to anyone, especially young women! I have always found it difficult to get quality care and treatment, but Mrs. Hultman and her team are definitely it! 10/10 from me
Dr. Jacob Wessels is by far the best internal medicine doctor that I have ever had in my 60+ years. I have several complex health issues and Dr. Wessels is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and empathetic. He has helped me find very good specialists when necessary and he truly serves as the overall coordinator of my challenging overall healthcare.
Every minute spent with Dr. Rita Raverty is so worthwhile. Her personality and knowledge brings confidence and comfort to the appointment. Making sure all my current health issues are being addressed and resolved is of course her priority during my appointment. Each is addressed thoroughly including the good news and any recommended plan of action if needed. I leave knowing she truly cares about my health and I am so grateful for the care. All the care provided by the staff at the Allina Health River Falls Clinic is outstanding!
