“From Bob and Deb OlerKevin guided us through the ordering process telling us delivery dates on certain stones could take longer because of where the stones came from which allowed us to decide on a stone. It was important to us to see it before we passed. Our families have dealt with Krause in the past and were very pleased. Kevin was very great to work with, very professional and friendly, answering all my husbands questions. We had a few problems along the way but they were explained to us. We were updated as soon as he was updated. They were things beyond Kevins control such as delivery dates and workers to set the stones during post covid.
