This group is great! Brian went out to connect our LP new stove. In laws who were there for the appt really liked him. Cindy from the office was great to work with. And Benny was awesome at helping me navigate what we needed as I haven't had this set up before.
I have had the best experience with this company! The workers are amazing. They are honest and real and gave me realistic options. They were able to fix a couple of small things that got my heat working right away and are coming back to fix it the rest of the way. I am so happy I was able to call and have them come help me as our heat hasn’t worked in weeks and it’s cold. I would highly recommend this company
I see there are only bad reviews on here, so I MUST say, I've been doing business with Ash Creek for over 10 years. They have installed my furnace and AC, water heater, water softener, and my kitchen sink! I have received nothing but AMAZING service from ALL of the men that have come to my home. There wasn't a time where I saw one of them not working. I felt like they didn't come to my home to just look around, they came to do the work to make sure the problem was fixed and I was taken care of and any questions I had, they answered educationally and in a way that I could understand.
