I had an appointment drove an hour to get a eye exam for glasses. The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. I got half way through and they said the computer froze up. So the exam was over and I didn't get a prescription and no glasses.

I needed glasses for prep fir cataract surgery this month. Vicki helped me immediately when I walked in and was professional and very empathetic to my situation. One week later I have my glasses! Great product and service. Thank you Vicki and Walmart!!
