I asked a question about paying off a lease and three hours later I was in a brand new jeep compass with a lower payment every month. This experience was without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car people both Bruce and Derek were amazing to work with. I don’t see myself ever going to a different dealer

Overall SLM has been a pleasant experience. I had an unpleasant experience with Christian in service. We have always had our services bill mailed to us and he grilled me to pay bill right on the spot and said it’s a new policy. I said I was not prepared because I no longer carry credit cards and he reluctantly said they would mail billing but it was the last time. We have NEVER been late paying a bill and we have over 800 credit score and maybe he was having a bad day but I’m. Inclined not to bring emergency repairs to south lake motors or buy anything if this is an example of treatment of long time customers

The guys at the front desk in the service center and the mechanics in the garage helped me through a very tough time. They were professional and understanding and I can’t thank them enough.
