“I had another payroll service which was acceptable and was hesitant to make changes. While that service had an online portal for employee viewing of their paystubs, it was too hard for anyone to use. I was having to provide paystubs to employees as they were not able to access the site, they were locked out all the time and it was terrible for employee access. This payroll service was out of state, so I would have to wait for callbacks or emails when I had issues that needed resolved which can be stressful when you are trying to get your employees paid. It was an undertaking to transfer the existing data over to Custom Accounting, but they were very helpful in getting me up and running. The reports and paystubs are much easier to access and generate than my previous payroll service, and the employees can now view their paystubs online. The web portal is much easier for employee access. Payroll is easy, I send them the hours and they do the rest. I don't have all the worries about sending in reports, or meeting deadlines, they take care of the everything. They are responsive when I do have an issue. It was the best thing that I have done!
