Plumber arrived on time for appointment. He was very informative, didn't try to oversell but explained expected potential problems for the future and addressed our needs. Sofar so Great!
Today was my first experience with Frasiers and I can't say enough about the excellent service, and particularly my technician, Corey. Corey was on time, fixed my problem for a reasonable price, offered other services that I likely need, and realizing I was recovering from surgery, even loaded something heavy and bulky into the bed of my pickup truck for me. I will absolutely use Frasiers again!
Cory performed a check up on my heating and AC units and it went great. He was very thorough, polite, respectful of my home, and very knowledgeable. He explained all findings, my AC is VERY old and problems were identified (no surprise, I was expecting it), Cory arranged to have someone come soon after he left to give me a quote for a new AC. Very impressed, highly recommended.
