I purchased materials to complete the second floor assuming a friend of mine would help me complete the second floor but he was unable to help.So I called Andy Laska from Modern Interiors LLC to see if he could complete my project. I previously had Andy build a garage for me eight years ago. I was impressed with knowledge of construction and quality of workmanship. Andy was booked through the Summer of 2025 but stated he would review his projects and call me back. Andy was able squeeze my project in mid February. Andy completed the project in seven days which included framing, installing windows, soffit and shingles. Again impressed with the quality of workmanship and solving the issue with the truss that I ordered. I would highly recommend Andy Laska.“
