Fast, professional, and friendly. I took a computer there to get factory reset and he did just that quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, cheap. Although please use caution and care if you own any cats, the hair can get built up in and on the computer and it will trigger his allergies which, unfortunately, I was unaware of prior to dropping off my PC.

Definitely a one stop shop. Everything that needed to be fixed on my computer was done quickly and cost efficiently. I am so grateful that I was pointed in the right direction. Things I thought that were lost forever were salvaged and I was shown how to prevent that from happening again. Awesome service !!!
