My 5-star review of Friede is the most important kind of review. Not every project goes perfectly, sometimes there are issues or disputes and what really matters is how those issues get resolved and that is the subject of this post.What is so commendable about Friede is how professionally they handled my customer experience when I had a minor complaint at the end of the project.Without a doubt, all craftsmanship and work was done exceptionally well. We used friede and associates for design and construction of Balanced Rock Winery. Scott, Rob, Shell Lee and “super” Jim, were all very professional and responsive through the entire process.They will absolutely be our first choice for any future projects.I would definitely recommend friede and associates to anyone looking for a commercial contractor.
