If I could give this salon 100 stars I would. I have never actually been here myself, however, my elderly grandmother has been coming here and seeing Mel for years and absolutely raves about her and her staff. My grandma has poor mobility and can’t get around easily. Mel has personally met my grandma in the parking lot every week to help her walk into the salon and do her hair. On Monday my grandma was moved into a nursing home a couple towns over from Reedsburg. When I asked her today what she wanted to do about her hair, she said that she already talked to Mel and that she instantly offered to drive to her and do her hair in the nursing home. Love Kim, I will keep going to her for many years as I can, she always dose a wonderful job. I have a weird hair cut, because I am weird person and I want it that way and she all for it. The salon look and smells nice and clean.
Always an amazing experience! Mel and Kim are always professional, super intuitive to what I want, and always ensure a perfect color and cut. After years of perfect service, I won’t go anywhere else!
