I am so grateful to everyone from Superior 24/7 Restoration who had any role in completing mold remediation in my home. Jason took the time to answer questions and explain the full scope of work. He and his team provided updates and answered questions as they progressed through the remediation work. They accommodated my need for access to portions of my home during the project by setting up containment areas I could access. I hadn't realized how shocking and traumatic losing huge portions of my home would be, including walking into rooms that were only framing and wires. Every individual was extremely kind and empathetic during this process. The attention to detail was top-notch and the company hired to do the post remediation inspection made numerous comments about how thorough and above average the work was despite its involvement. While I hope to never be in a situation that I need to work with Superior again, I cannot say enough positive things and would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Not only is their quality of work phenomenal their compassion and care for the customer is unmatched. Thank you to all who played any role in my remediation!
This company is professional and provided expert and knowledgeable help in the clean up after the August flooding in our area. The crew worked quickly and completely cleared out the debris and cleaned and disinfected the basement working late to get the job done. I highly recommend this company for their personal attention to the customer's needs and for doing a quick and complete job of the restoration of my basement. 😀
Well we had 32 inches of rain backup in our basement and a friend recommended Superior 24/7 to us. They were here promptly early the next morning and we got on the schedule right away. Jason and his team were incredible to work with. Great communication and hardworking (and super nice) crew. They stayed into the late evening and got the job finished. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️! Highly recommend
