I have had Senior Helpers of Racine for around 6 years or more. I've had Brook as my helper for 2 years. She is truly heaven sent! Brook's a real go getter when it comes to taking care of the details of house work, laundry or shopping! But she is VERY good at being my companion. She knows just how much to talk & just how much time to work. She's a true asset to the company & possibly in line for a pay raise. I highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone in need of assistance. My caregiver Milie helps me with everything. She goes above and beyond for me and I love her companionship. My life is feeling more back to normal because of Milie and Senior Helpers. 10 out of 10 stars.
We are new clients and so far, they have been great to work with. We have a staffing issue presently where the Care Giver helping my wife is out of work while recuperating for unplanned surgery. A replacement has not been secured so we find ourselves without help. I'm sure this is a temporary situation and we have backup plans in place.
