Grooming is very good however, thery have a counter person that is a real jerk. Interupted me while talking to groomer. Then upon payment the guy called me boss. Very disrespectible to an older person, doubt I will go back.

Went to have toe nails trimmed on my pup, mission accomplished. Upon entering the store my other pup had a mishap. None of this phased them at all, helped clean up both the mess and her. That's what I call customer service. Nice shop with a decent sized selection of all types of merchandise for both dogs and cats. Bakery dog treats at a decent price. My guys love them. Will definitely go back.

Raining Cats and Dogs is one of the best pet stores in Racine! We're so very lucky to have them in the area. They have a great selection of food, toys, and other great stuff, all at reasonable prices. Plus, they have a super helpful and knowledgeable staff that makes shopping a breeze! You can tell they really care about animals and want to find the best for them. I also can't say enough nice things about their groomer. I have a standard poodle that needs to be trimmed up every 4-6 weeks. We have had him groomed other places, but once we tried Raining Cats and Dogs we never went anywhere else. The clips are amazing and the prices are a steal!
