“My shoulder went out on me somewhat inexplicably which was very much limiting my swimming and (of all things?) my guitar playing. I went to Athletico to see what was up with the shoulder and am very happy I did! Kaitlyn K. did a great job for me on the shoulder with both in-clinic workouts and an at-home exercise program!
