My Air conditioning went out on me. I called Kiernan and talked to a very nice lady. She scheduled them to stop by today, and take a look. Two guys came over, turned it on to see what it was doing. 10 minutes later it was fixed. The start capacitor was bad. I’ve only done business with Kiernan in the last 30 years, and they’ve always treated me fair. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Kiernan-Laitinen. They have amazing staff, from technicians to office staff. Elizabeth is very patient and helpful and so nice. I recommended this business to all of my family members and they’ve all had great experiences.

HATE TO LEAVE 2stars,because overall quality of work is top notch the technicians did an amazing installation in a professional manner.HOWEVER, THE OFFICE PERSONNEL NEED A FEW CLASSES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY THIS ELIZABETH LADY,VERY CRABBY, AND MILD MANNERED AND NEVER RETURNS OR RESPONDS TO CALLS, CALLED 5 TIMES REGARDING SIMPLE ISUUE AND ALWAYS GOT HER AND DIDN'T RESOLVE ISSUE CAME IN AND WOW HER ATTITUDE WAS EVEN WORSE IN PERSON! sorry KL but you need new office staff.Services: Heating system installation
