This morning, 8/13/24, Collin from Keystone came to my house to replace a capacitor on my AC unit. The night before, I noticed the AC unit didn’t sound right when I turned it on, so I called Keystone and left a message that something was wrong. I received a call this morning at 7:30 telling me that a tech was on the way! Collin arrived 20 minutes later, and was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show me what went wrong and how he remedied the issue. Thank you again, Keystone, for excellent customer care and service! :>)

So excited for the new AC and Heater! Evan, Andy and Cody did a spectacular job. Thank you for going over everything with us and for doing such a great job installing and removing the old unit. Would highly recommend!
