Highly skilled and honest service techs. Our furnace stopped working. Called a different company to come and fix it. All they did was look at it without even touching it. And gave me a quote to basically overhaul the whole furnace for 3 to 4 thousand dollars. I called Keystone. They came out right away. Checked out everything and fixed the furnace for 400 dollars. They saved me a lot of money and were very honest.
Thank you Keystone for fixing my furnace in the middle of this brutal cold weather! I had another company come to my house on Monday because my furnace was not working correctly. I explained that the furnace was giving a code for a faulty limit switch but bypassing the switch did not solve the problem. The tech from the company looked at the furnace for about ten minutes and told me it was in fact the limit switch. He started up the furnace said everything worked fine and left after charging me his $100 diagnostic fee for turning on the furnace. Well three days later the limit switch arrived and after I installed it I still had an intermittently working furnace. I called this other MAJOR local company back and they told me they would have to charge me another diagnostic fee to look at the furnace. Based on the success of their first trip and the u qualified tech that came out I elected to pass. Instead I called Keystone and they got a tech to my house within three hours of being called. This is impressive since everyone has furnace issues on bad weather or cold days. Add to this I live way out in Waterford and it’s even MORE impressive. Andrew the tech showed up and listened to the whole story. He then went and tested each switch and safety internally on the furnace making sure everything was functioning correctly. When he confirmed everything worked he started tracing wires and found one bad connection in the main wiring harness. He fixes the connection and BINGO - HEAT!! I have two young kids at home and the temps were down to the upper 30’s in the house. I was running out of options fast and Keystone saved the day. I would HIGHLY recommend Keystone. Their techs know what they are doing, they responded quickly, and they were more than fair in what they charged. Thank you so much Keystone, you made my day.
