So our long-time plumbing company abandoned Kenosha for the Milwaukee commercial market. We remembered our neighbor had Karlsen Plumbing do work for them, so we gave Karlsen a call. OUR LUCKY DAY! Scott arrived right on time (7:00 AM!) and completed all the work. Friendly, professional service. Karlsen Plumbing is our plumber now!!! Thanks, Scott.

Today, 7/24/24, Chad was at my house to do a check up on the tankless hot water heater Karlsen installed in my home in 2017. He was on time, polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered the questions I had and did an awesome job! I have used Karlsen plumbing since moving into my home almost 23 years ago, and I have not been disappointed….this company, from Joe the owner to the office staff and the highly trained plumbing staff has been beyond helpful and professional providing quality work at reasonable prices.
