The most significant benefit is I never have to repeatedly request/follow-up to find the assistance needed; this ensures that our IT requirements are always met. Compared to other IT support firms, I have found the expertise at Glassen to be top-notch and very accommodating in the sense of working with the existing hardware/software we have, and customizing solutions that will not require unnecessary costs to our organization.
