We recently had the pleasure of connecting with Tom on a quick close deal that ended up requiring multiple visits to obtain proper accesses for a thorough inspection. Tom made room in his very busy schedule each time for us, and took the added time to discuss his findings and ensure we understood the situation. His inspections were extremely thorough, well written and understandable, contained excellent illustrating photos, and the report was delivered super quick (within hours each time of the actual inspection!).
