I cannot begin to describe the attention to detail, level of friendliness, and overall customer care that you receive when collaborating with Tom Beatty from Inspection Services of Wisconsin. From the start, Tom exhibited excellent communication and was very accommodating when scheduling an inspection. He was very understanding of our needs and able to fit in an inspection in the same week. His inspection was of an exceptionally large and old Victorian home that my wife and I were looking to purchase. When scheduling the inspection, Tom expounded on his credentials and described what to expect from his final inspection report.
Tom was very timely in arrival to the house and was very professional in conduct and appearance. With such a large house to inspect, Tom outlined his multi-phase inspection method and recapped his findings after each phase. In total, Tom’s inspection took approximately 5 hours to complete. During that time, he was open to any questions that we had and took additional time to explain any defects. Tom demonstrated his knowledge and experience by clearly explaining the potential effects of the deficiencies and offered possible short-term and long-term solutions.
After a very thorough and meticulous inspection, we were expecting Tom’s report to take a few days to complete. However, Tom delivered his report before 8 a.m. the following morning. Tom’s detailed and professional report provided us with sound evidence to further negotiate the final price of the home. While we could not come to an agreement on the sale price and ultimately did not purchase the home, Tom’s diligent inspection saved us from making a very costly mistake in purchasing the home.
Hiring Tom Beatty from Inspection Services of Wisconsin was hands-down the best decision that we made while considering our purchase. I would never purchase a home without first having it inspected. I am been there three times just because I have recently moved into Pardeeville but it looks like a great place, clean , friendly, great food. I've gone there on Saturday during the meal at noon and it's great, I personally have to say they had the best chicken I've ever had and I love their brats and burgers. I am never going to forget this place if I ever want to go someplace different and a little out of the way this is where I'm going to go
Dale Pulvermacher was great. Had electrical problems at 9:30 pm fixed the problem on old wiring. Suggested replacing service into house. They did all the leg work on project with Adams Columbia and Mecan township for permit's. Had new service within a week and price was less than the quote. Fantastic company.
Stopped by on our way thru town... hubby wanted a Princeton Monster. Burger wasn't too bad though it wasn't that warm. Brats were good and big.
purchased a hearthstone to replace built in fireplace. after install was done they even came over to review the operation of the new stove and made the first fire with us. they stand behind what they do. we recommend them!
