“First time using Green Lawn today, but had to take time to write this review. Was a bit nervous given some of the nasty reviews on here, but bought a home that the previous owners used Green Lawn so thought we’d give them a shot. Had some miscommunication on our end and I showed up late after the guy had arrived. The worker (missed his name) was very patient and kind even when I couldn’t find our water shutoff valve. He spent over 30 minutes trying to find it with me and was very respectful and kind despite all of that. He did a great job educating me on how to use the system and answered all of my questions without seeming rushed. Very impressed so far!“

“I live in an association where Nathan's Lawn service cuts the grass. Last week I heard a knock on my door and the owner, Nathan, was there to greet me. He wanted to tell me that his team accidentally damaged a pop up gutter drain. He then said they would promptly replace it.
