We are currently building a house through Design Homes. We are fortunate to have a location close to us so we were able to do alot of things locally.We went to main office to look at homes, found the one we liked the most and then from there we made our modifications with our local sales rep Mark.This is picture is from our tour of our house. They let you tour it in the factory while it's being built! It was a really cool process to see!!Everyone at Design Homes has been friendly, informative and helpful!Glad we choose Design Homes!

As a former employee i know for a fact that they build really nice houses!.. I happened to be a plumber.. And they used top quality products that were made to last.. Not only in plumbing but throughout the entire house.. A very viable option for a new home!

Clean. Wud have been nice to have a few more different color schemes (paint carpet counters etc) to physically see. There seemed to be the same few over and over. And if lights worked in all the rooms to appropriately see the colors. It was great beyond that
