“My experience at New Life PT was awesome. My physical therapist was Dr. Jaimee and she was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I was having pain in my low back and hip while running and sometimes walking. It started getting worse and walking was getting as bad as running. An assessment was taken and the work started. I was shown exercises to perform at home and given instructions of how often and how many repetitions to complete. Each week we reviewed how things were going and moved on to the next exercises. After five sessions I was pretty much back to normal and we discussed my follow up instructions and to continuesome of my exercises to further promote better health.
