Kratz Funeral Home provides professional, compassionate, and patient service during difficult times. The staff is supportive, kind, understanding, and genuinely concerned about the family. They are wonderful to work with, going above and beyond with commendable patience and personal attention to everything. The facility is beautiful, calming, very nice, clean, and has good accommodations. They offer transparent service, walking families through the entire arrangements process and taking care of everything with great organization. Services are handled excellently, making the experience less painful, with visitations, services, and interments conducted with respect and dignity and without a hitch. They are highly recommended for their helpful and considerate care.

He gave me time and space to think about my options. Tim has been more than accommodating to requests, including filling my jewelry with ashes so that I didn't have to.
