A prior contractor from years past performed grading, which turned out to be a bust; as water flowed into the garage through the front entry door. I ended up using a sump pump and 5 gallon bucket to help divert storm water into the back lawn of the garage. I contacted Davis Construction to excavate, grade, and pave the driveway. This project took 3 days to perform, and I could not be any more ecstatic with the work done. No longer is water sitting in the front causing a lake, as built in water drainage in the asphalt diverts water down the side of the garage. A year ago I used Davis Construction t remove and replace my apron and parking area. They did a great job. A year later I had Davis seal-coat the area and it was an amazing job. The crew was polite, accommodating, informative. they did two coats on and I am so happy I decided to go with them. I would highly recommend them.
