“Rebecca did such a great job with our pup Finn! When we got there she gave Finn time to get used to her and let him roam the shop to get comfortable which made me feel great! I also got an update halfway through with some photos since it was his first groom there. Very reasonably priced for one on one grooming and no kennels which is lovely. Best grooming salon we've been to hands down! We will be back.“

“This was my first time taking my pup to Bonsai Pet for grooming (as I live in Cleveland but was house/dogsitting for a friend) and I couldn't be happier that I chose them!! Kate did an amazing job on my pup!!! (Before & after pics attached) She looked better I expected and she was much calmer when I dropped her off than she is with her groomer back home. Kate also trimmed my friend's dog's nails....he hates having his nails clipped and he can be quite a "jerk" but, after she muzzled him, it took her about 5 minutes to clip and file all 4 paws. I highly recommend Bonsai Pet for all your grooming needs!!! They also have a good selection of homemade treats along with some really cute toys for dogs and cats!!
