“I have been to the Cedarburg WI location twice. Last fall I had recently flown and developed a stuffy and painful ear. I was able to go to their office and get seen right away. Turns out that I had an ear infection. I left with medication and probiotic in hand. Most recently I had another, slightly more complex issue. I called and was able to be seen within just an hour or two. I met and spoke with Chelsea K and she examined me, talked with me, and listened to me and helped me figure out what test I should get. She didn't just tell me what to do, she worked with me to decide what the best plan was. While waiting to get a test with another vendor, she called me a couple of times to follow up on blood tests results and always made me feel heard. She never rushed the conversation. When I had gone in to have the other test, she called me within hours of that test to provide me with the results. (All is well) I've never had such exceptional service in my life in regards to Healthcare. Costs are clear, your health and time are valued. Good location in Cedarburg to get to easily. Thank you THE DOCTORS and Chelsea K for creating such a personalized and refreshing Healthcare experience.“
