I have used Fredrichs for years. This year I lost my mortgage statement. Fredrichs allegedly filed an extension and told me just to write the mortgage information down and get my documents in. 3 months after I dropped my documents off, no taxes filed. They don't return my calls. This is absolutely frightening. I will NEVER use them again.
