If you see any negative reviews, I would revisit since the management has changed hands and they have new staff members who are very genuine! “Very professional. Used a big chain previously with disastrous results so never again with the big chains. Saukville Walmart has an awesome Optometrist, very professional and knowledgeable.. Staff is awesome as well.. Seems to me that perfection is their main objective... Very personalized and no rush service..Walmart is now my permanent "Go To" for glasses... I highly recommend.. Especially if you usually use the big chains.. Tremendous difference...“

“I took my little girls here (both less than 4 years). Dr Alvarez was amazing with them. She was so nice and was so skilled with little kids. Coming in, I thought it would be a short exam since there wouldn’t be much you could do with little kids. But Dr Alvarez dilated both of them and was able to do a full exam.“

“The eye Drs at lakeshore eye professionals are bar none. 3 of my children have been treated for lazy eye with Dr Jay and Dr German. They communicate clearly what they are doing at all times and make the eye exam an easy process. My youngest child in glasses was only 4 when he began treatment and with his special needs with adhd and his anxiety they worked well with him. Over the years we have seen Dr German for continued care and he is patient and very calm in his practice. The once 4 year old is now 15 and we will continue care as long as our eyes need it. One of my children needed to see a retina specialist and the office worked with us to get her scheduled at that office. With insurance changes we have gone sporadically to other optometrists and ophthalmologists but the care we received elsewhere just doesn't compare to lakeshore. Every member of the staff is so helpful from choosing new frames to dealing with insurance and costs. Tracy has never failed to help me find the perfect frames! I highly recommend getting the images of your eyes done, it was very informative to have the doctor explain the parts of the eye and how they work, not to mention it was just plain cool.
