Had a good experience at Blue Pearl in Port Washington they managed to get me in rather quickly with my dog which was a big plus explains things very thoroughly made a plan of care to try so far my experience with them was good The staff was very friendly to work with and the doctor explained everything has clearly as he could on his findings
I had to bring my Chihuahua in unexpectedly and when I walked in was immediately greeted by Jessica, she was so welcoming and sweet. When my pup was getting discharged she was very friendly and had a nice conversation about how everything was going… It’s hard to find friendly people these days especially when it was 11:30 PM and they were closing at midnight… Most people just want you to shut up and get out because they wanna go home. Our dogs got in a fight with each other on a Sunday evening. When we showed up Susan the receptionist was so helpful and nice. We were triaged immediately and put in a room. They were very upfront about the prices of everything. Of course this is an emergency clinic so we expected to pay a higher amount so we were surprised with the estimate being a reasonable amount. The vet was very nice and informative as well as the tech who helped us out. If we ever had another emergency we would come back.
