I was satisfied with my direct experience with Dr Jeanes but have come to find dealing with Aurora in general so frustrating that continuing was no longer tenable.Aurora is a large organization, and has doctors, nurses, techs, and support staff of varying quality. Some are good, but many - too many for me - are not. Even if a specific provider is OK, as in this case, I find the pattern of unhelpful and disrespectful employees just puts me off.Phone support are often just flatly rude, or improperly relay questions/answers between my doctor and I, either due to negligence or incompetence. Mostly good doctor’s. Just don’t got to Dr.Fitzsimmions. He is usless and will not diagnose you. He will just tell you it is a medical mystery. I had a severe concussion that I ended up in the er because of that he told me it was just a normal headache. I come in to ask why I have been breaking out in hives. And once again is a medical mystery.

I am a new patient of Dr Grace Caroline Worzalla with Aurora. I have visited her at both the Grafton and Germantown location and couldn't be more happy that I found her and her sweet medical assistants. Thanks for the great care!
