I have been going to Lois for the past two years and both times I have been so pleased with her customer service and care for me as a client. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for high quality service for an absolute great rate. I will be doing my taxes here forever!

Lois has done my husbands and my taxes for about 30 years. I have never, ever heard her be rude, to me or any other customer that was in her office while I was there. Lois is very straight forward and extremely knowledgeable in her position. Throughout the years of her doing our taxes we’ve had many questions, she has taken time with us each and every time to thoroughly answer our questions. The fee she charges, It’s just a percentage of what you would pay at other tax preparation businesses.When it comes to my taxes, I want somebody to be extremely accurate, follow all the rules and regulations. Lois has been doing our taxes for the last 5-6 years and always does a great job. Our taxes are very complicated and there is no way we could do them on our own. Also, we are always last minute with getting her our info due to my husband having to get his company's taxes completed before our personal ones can be done, and she always gets them done quickly. Another reviewer said she was "rude" but I think that's just her efficient style and I've never felt she was rude. I personally prefer to just walk in, sign the forms, and walk out without a lot of conversation or back and forth. She makes doing taxes so much more enjoyable (even though we always owe!).
