Awesome staff and great hair cuts! I would rate 5 but the online checkin process is not set up correctly at all. Needed to get my boys in for haircuts but the wait time was listed as 7 minutes. I live 40 minutes away so it didn't make sense to check them in. As I was driving I used my phone to try to check in again ( which I shouldn't be doing) but I've been burnt by this check in process before, so I did. However, it wouldn't allow any checkin. It's 545 and I'm 15 minutes away. I arrive just to have them ask if I checked in online, I explained and the answer was sorry we aren't able to help you. Leia is great. If it wasnt for the check in system it would have 5 stars. Horrible system. Check in and says 20 min wait. Get there in 15 and they took someone in front so now wait is 45. Happens everytime.
