He trimmed trees close to the roof/replaced a board in the roof that was spongy. Boards in the roof were renails that were loose/ new shingles/new vents on the house /ridge vent for the garage was made. He is ethical/honest/fair price/great expert work/quality help! Materials are good and roof was done in an excellent way! He could help this season and roof was put on in a few days. Fast awesome help! He was the lowest of the bids, but the best.
