We were there for a nail trim. The Tech (not sure if that’s the appropriate title) was fantastic. Our dog, Libby, is very frightened of visiting the vet, and the outcome was great. Thanks very much!

From the very first phone call, the reception team was respectful, informative, and knowledgeable — and honestly, you’re rock stars. Your positive, caring attitude is what made us pack up the car and get to you without hesitation. Knowing it was a Saturday and we were dealing with a scare involving our eight-week-old kittens, the kindness and reassurance you showed us on the phone meant everything. We made our introductory visit to Willow Springs and are quite pleased with their processes, facility and staff. They related well to our Corgi pup, recognizing the breeds’ tendencies, were interested in our experiences raising her as well. The fees were reasonable; we are comfortable we have found our partner in care for our pup.
