I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and price. Two professional and friendly employees showed up, assessed the situation and had it fixed in less than an hour. A friend of mine informed me that the price was quite the bargain. I won't hesitate to call Water Tight in the future.
Water Tight Plumbing is the best!!! So very fortunate to have found this company!!! Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and caring!!! We had an emergency , on the weekend (flooded basement) . Steve (owner) and his son went out of their way to help us!!! We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs. If I could give more stars, I would! Steve was so patient and kind. He even taught me about plumbing! Highly recommended this company!!!! Thanks Steve!!!
Steve was able to come in less than 30 minutes when our sump pump failed. Not only did he get it working and draining out immediately, but he also kindly cleaned up the debris stuck inside! 10/10 service, would highly recommend!!
